Most of my life has been about communication and helping businesses grow. From 6 a.m. newspaper routes and Saturday lawn mowing to bussing tables after school and helping manage a chain of sporting goods stores, I've followed a simple philosophy: do your best work no matter the task or budget, deliver more than expected, surprise and delight with bright ideas, treat people fairly, and make sure everyone enjoys the journey from start to finish.
I eventually landed one of just three roles in the nation as the head of a national broadcast news marketing division, where that same guiding philosophy helped take the brands in my care to new heights of success and led my team and me to national recognition, including an Emmy Award for our creative work.
